Budget Microwave PopcornPopcorn has always been a go to snack for me because it’s a low calorie munchie and you get a lot of it per serving. In fact, most of the calories come from the toppings, which you can customize as long as you aren’t buying the prepackaged popcorn!

This method will not only save you money, but will also lower the calories by a lot. This is just one way to season the popcorn, you can choose your own. Generally you should put your seasonings on after cooking it rather than before to make sure the kernels pop better.

2 tsp coconut oil (melted) Continue reading

1 banana
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. toasted coconut
(Optional) Chocolate syrup for drizzle Continue reading
