Popcorn has always been a go to snack for me because it’s a low calorie munchie and you get a lot of it per serving. In fact, most of the calories come from the toppings, which you can customize as long as you aren’t buying the prepackaged popcorn!
This method will not only save you money, but will also lower the calories by a lot. This is just one way to season the popcorn, you can choose your own. Generally you should put your seasonings on after cooking it rather than before to make sure the kernels pop better.

Cocoa powder is a great way to help with that chocolate craving without adding a lot of calories. Of course you need a bit of sweetness to go with it which is why this recipe also includes bananas and a bit of coconut! These are a favorite at parties and with kids as well.
