Did you know that eating spicy foods can help prevent overeating? Adding a bit of extra spice may also help boost your metabolism.

This Mexican Chicken Casserole is great for so many reasons. It’s easy to make, you can cut carbs by not using giant flour tortillas, it tastes great, and you can add spice to taste.

Beet Chips and Zesty DipI love chips but potato chips lack nutritional value, are oily, and are generally empty calories. 1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
3 cloves garlic
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp milk

1/4 tsp celery salt Continue reading

Homemade Greek Yogurt FudgesiclesYou can buy fudge pops at the grocery store and they’re fairly low in calories compared to other ice cream but the flavor is always a bit bland compared to making it from home. 1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Greek yogurt (0% or 2% work best)
Dash of salt

Directions

Heat milk, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk the mixture while bringing it to a simmer for around 5 minutes. The cocoa should be fully combined. Continue reading
