This recipe can be made quickly and easily any time and customized to your tastes. All you need to do is freeze the bananas ahead of time.

I heard about flourless peanut butter cookies a while ago, but that just sounded so weird it took me a long time to come around and give them a try. I’m sure glad I did!
They still have a nice bit of sugar so you can’t go too crazy on them but removing the flour does lower the carb content by a bit.
