Gluten-free

I heard about flourless peanut butter cookies a while ago, but that just sounded so weird it took me a long time to come around and give them a try. I’m sure glad I did!

They still have a nice bit of sugar so you can’t go too crazy on them but removing the flour does lower the carb content by a bit.

Two cookies are about 14 grams of carbohydrates which isn’t bad at all for a cookie, plus they couldn’t be any easier to make. Continue reading
