Ingredients
2 Avocados, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs salmon steaks
2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp lemon pepper
Directions
- Preheat your grill.
- In the meantime, with a fork mash avocados, garlic, yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Rub the salmon steaks with dill weed, lemon pepper and salt and place on the BBQ.
- Cook the steaks for about 15 minutes (turning once) until tender and the fish can easily be flaked with a fork.
- Serve this fantastic grilled salmon with the avocado mixture and a bowl of rice.
