2 Avocados, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs salmon steaks
2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp lemon pepper


Preheat your grill.

In the meantime, with a fork mash avocados, garlic, yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Rub the salmon steaks with dill weed, lemon pepper and salt and place on the BBQ. Cook the steaks for about 15 minutes (turning once) until tender and the fish can easily be flaked with a fork.

Serve this fantastic grilled salmon with the avocado mixture and a bowl of rice.
