I love avocado. It’s fully of healthy fats and nutrients.
I like this avocado spread because light and tasty.
It’s perfect to use instead of mayonnaise on a sandwich or burger.
It’s also great as a dip for veggies or chips.
Honestly, I’d be happy just eating it with a spoon…
Ingredients
2 medium avocados, peeled and pit removed
3 small limes (1/2 of one of them set aside)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp tahini
1/3 of a white onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Directions
- Put all ingredients in your food processor and process for 30-45 seconds.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and fluff with a fork.
- Squeeze the 1/2 lime over the top of the mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Can be stored like this for up to six hours.
