I like these on days when I have no time to put together a lunch for work or need something to eat while I’m in the car running errands. It’s quick to put together, covers my cravings for salty and crunchy, and has protein to keep me satisfied. They’re also a favorite for kids!

The only thing you really need to do ahead of time here is make sure to keep the ingredients on hand.


2 slices of deli style turkey
2 tsp honey mustard
2 crunchy sesame breadsticks


Spread the mustard over one side of each piece of turkey. Roll one piece of turkey around each breadstick.
