Sometimes you really just need some chocolate, and not just a little chocolate sprinkled or drizzled on something else.
I used to go to hot chocolate for moments like that but there were times that just didn’t quite hit the mark. I started thinking about those fancy drinking chocolates.
If you don’t know what drinking chocolate is, it’s kind of like hot chocolate but it’s very thick. It’s somewhere between hot chocolate and chocolate pudding and meant to be sipped on.

Pizza is one of those foods I crave a lot but between the cheese, toppings, and carb filled crust I really have to be careful.
When I discovered the fact that people stuff zucchini with all kinds of things I got a great idea… how about instead of crust I just use this healthy alternative? I can still add some melty cheese and a bunch of my favorite toppings!
Remember, you can add any of your favorite pizza toppings! This is just one of my favorite ways to do them up.
You can even do them “boat style” by just cutting the zucchini in half, scooping, and doing it that way rather than as small bites. Continue reading
I have fond memories of going out to eat with my family and enjoying a hot bowl of egg drop soup. What I didn’t know then was that it’s also a great low calorie and low carb soup, making it the perfect soup for people trying to lose weight.
As an added bonus it’s also very easy and fast to make! It takes around 10-15 minutes to prepare from start to finish if you have the ingredients on hand.
Ingredients
3 eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups of your favorite chicken stock (for a vegetarian option, just use vegetable stock)
1 tbsp. corn starch
3/4 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
4 green onions, chopped
